Evolve & Survive How to Complete the Evolvedex

The Roblox description ends with a collection hook: gather every form to finish your Evolvedex. In the live UI that book is the Index button on the left rail, third icon under Shop and Ready. This page is how to use it without treating every silhouette as a bug.

Collection is not the same as power. A full Index with zero Revives still dies to the first glowing centipede. Pair this guide with the tier list so you know which missing portrait is a trophy and which one is a body you should main.

Open Index the right way

Tap the book icon. Portraits you have piloted light up. Missing forms stay grey, locked, or silhouetted. Official marketing uses a sparkly scorpion outline with a question mark for later or hidden animals. That art is a promise, not a broken texture.

Close Index before you walk. The window blocks the desert the same way Shop does. Check it after a morph, after a biome change, and after you think you found a secret — not while a mantis is mid-lunge. Controls if you keep fat-fingering the book.

Collection lines to tick off

Use the morph lines from how to evolve:

Grass and forest

• Pink worm (starter — you already have this)
• Brown ant
• Yellow-backed stag beetle
• Scorpion or mystery outline

Desert and oasis

• Shrew / mouse
• Purple rat
• Tan-and-black scorpion
• Glowing secret scorpion

Side portraits you will see in official stills

• Green mantis
• Beach turtle
• Multiple centipedes (brown, red, black-red with lamps for eyes)

If a portrait is not in those families, it is either a new Update 3 add or a skin, not a form. Skins live under Shop → Skins and do not fill Evolvedex slots. Confirm in the shop guide before you spend Gold chasing a palette.

How to actually find missing forms

1. Change biome on purpose. Worms on the lawn will never roll a desert rat. Walk the cactus canyons and the palm oasis.
2. Stay alive long enough. Hour 24 art is a reminder that late forms appear when the server has been cooking. Hopping every two minutes resets you to worm hour.
3. Win your weight class. Some morphs only feel available after you have eaten and fought, not after you hid in a tree ring.
4. Watch other players. Index does not ping the map, but a purple rat on the ridge is a living waypoint. Do not copy a centipede into a worm-sized fight.

Secrets and question-mark silhouettes

Two official panels hide a beast behind a glowing outline. Treat those as late collection, not as something you can force with a code. Live codes grant Gold and Revives, not Index unlocks. Anyone selling an “unlock all Evolvedex” string is lying.

If you use executors to inject forms, read script safety. Ban waves cost more Index progress than a missing scorpion.

Completing Index without burning out

Work one biome per session. Lawn and forest one night, desert the next. Use the XP farm routes to keep food in your bar so you can stay in a mid form long enough to see rare spawns.

When a session goes bad, spend a Revive to keep the body that still needs a sibling portrait. Do not Revive a worm. The revive planner is written for this exact choice.

After the book is full

A complete Evolvedex is a brag and a combat library. You now know which kits exist. Main the ones the best forms list actually ranks, not the cutest shrew. Check updates after each Structa patch — new animals will grey out slots you thought were done.
