Evolve & Survive Form Abilities and Attacks
How each animal actually hits without fake damage numbers.
Structa’s description promises unique attacks and abilities on every animal. Public patch notes do not yet ship a tooltip dump. This page records identities you can feel in a server, not invented cooldowns. When Update 4 publishes numbers, we will replace sentences with numbers. Until then, distrust any Discord image that lists “Sting 340 DPS.”
Use forms to identify the body. Use this page to decide whether that body should press in. Ranked outcomes live on the tier list.
How to think about a kit
Every form has a range, a commit, and a lose condition.
- Range: nibble, claw, mandible, tail, body-length charge.
- Commit: can you cancel, or are you stuck in the lunge?
- Lose condition: trees, water, open sand, camera, hunger.
If you play a long-range kit like a nibble kit, you lose. That is the whole class.
Worm — nibble
Range: none. Commit: you should not commit. Lose condition: anything with eyes. Ability in practice is “touch food.” Unique in the sense that it is the only kit that should never duel.
Ant — poke
Range: short. Commit: quick. Lose condition: claws and length. Good at finishing worms and contesting fruit. Bad at trading a mantis swipe. Sprint between pokes. Do not stand and nibble a shell.
Shrew / rat — scurry
Range: short. Commit: hit and leave. Lose condition: open canyon versus scorpion. The rat’s upright promo pose is a lie; in a fight you should not be posing. Get off this kit toward scorpion.
Turtle — bulk on water
Range: short. Commit: slow. Lose condition: inland hunters. On the beach the shell buys you time to eat. In forest the same shell is a beacon. Do not invent a spin-to-win move that official media never showed.
Mantis — reach
Range: long for its size. Commit: lunge / grab threat. Lose condition: being seen first in desert width. This is the kit the thumbnail teaches. If you main mantis, your unique attack is the reason worms should already be running. Practice camera so the claws stay on screen — controls.
Stag beetle — mandibles
Range: medium. Commit: head-on. Lose condition: getting flanked by length (centipede) or poked from space (scorpion). Play it like armor, not like a worm. Turn slower, hit harder, eat after the trade.
Scorpion — space
Range: claws plus tail. Commit: you own a circle. Lose condition: a centipede that stays in a straight tunnel you cannot sidestep. In oasis and canyon this kit is S-tier. In dense trees you must pull camera up or you sting bark.
Centipede — length
Range: the whole body. Commit: charge. Lose condition: tight forest and bad camera. Unique attack is occupancy. You win by existing on the line the prey wants to run. If you fold the body into a knot around a cactus, you gifted a scorpion a side angle.
What we will not write
- Exact cooldown seconds
- Hidden “Q/E” keybinds that Roblox never labeled
- Percent buffs from Gold skins (skins do not buff)
- Code-granted super moves (live codes give Gold and Revives)
If a script overlay shows extra hotkeys, that overlay is not the game. Read safety.
Practice order
- Ant pokes on worms.
- Beetle trades on ants.
- Mantis reaches on beetles that wander the lawn.
- Scorpion circles in desert.
- Centipede charges only after you can keep the full model in view.
Skip steps and you will spend Revives learning the lose condition the hard way. The revive planner is cheaper than pride.
When a patch adds a real named skill, it will land on updates first, then here.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers players search before they jump back into a server.
Does each Evolve & Survive animal have unique attacks?
Yes. Structa says so. Public UI does not list full tooltips, so we describe identities, not fake numbers.
Do skins change abilities?
No. Skins are cosmetic. Kits follow the form.
What is the mantis ability?
Reach and grab threat. Play it as a long-claw hunter, not as a worm with extra legs.
Why does my centipede keep dying in trees?
Length needs space and camera. Pull the view back or take the fight to desert.
